Week 4 News

This week in 2 Navy:

Workshops
In reading and writing workshops we are focusing on our reading strategies and retell skills. Daily we are completing writing tasks to build our writing stamina.  Our focus this week was on recounts.  We will use our high 5 hand to check our sentences.  Our shared text this week was Pamela Allen favourite 'Mary Elizabeth's House'.  Our grammar focus was proper nouns.  In Maths we are continuing daily number fact practice, number patterns and understanding addition.

Religion
We have completed our class vision please check our Class Vision Statement Tab to see our promise for the year.  We are working on understanding who God is and what creation means to me for our Stewardship of Creation Unit.
